Introduction of peanut butter production line

The peanut butter production line can complete from peanut roasting to peanut butter packaging, realizing production automation, continuity and high efficiency. The main equipments of this peanut butter line are peanut roaster, peanut peeling machine, peanut butter machine, agitator tank, transfer pump, mixer, fine grinding machine, vacuum tank, cooling machine, filling machine and other spare parts. Its characteristics are flow line production, high mechanization, good reliability, full enclosed production and no pollution.

Peanut butter processing equipment processing flow

Roasting---Peeling--Grinding--Cooling--Degassing--Packing
1. Roasting: The continuous roaster's working temperature is 200-210°C, 20-30minutes.
2. Peeling: Put the roasted peanuts into peeler to take off the red skin, the double rollers will frication the redskin, the simple cyclone system will suck the red skins, most of them will be put in half-piece, then fall to the selecting conveyor, the over-roasted and un-blanched peanut kernel is picked up by manual or mechanical.
3. Grinding: Using grinder to make the first grinding; Using the grinder to make the second grinding, the fineness of grinding is controlled below 7um, the temperature of grinding is controlled below 68 °C.
4. Filling: Automatic filling machine, the finished peanut butter is packed into per bottle.
